Junior students from Hikutaia, Matatoki, Puriri, and Paeroa Christian schools took their marks for the junior athletics held at Hikutaia School on November 10. The event returned after two years of Covid-19 false starts and consisted of sprints, hurdles, high jump, long jump and the softball throw. Reporter GORDON PREECE headed along to catch the action.
