Athletic aptitude

Paeroa Domain fielded the Thames Valley secondary schools athletics day on March 12. High school students from across the peninsula and the plains gave their best effort at the track and field events. As runners circled the oval, others hurled their javelin, shotput and discus or leaped for the high jump, long jump and triple jump. ALICE PARMINTER was there to catch the action.
