Even when customers of Wenzlick Automotive are out of town, the team does its best to assist them if they should face any vehicle trouble while away.
That’s because auto experts have been a member of a nationwide repair workshop group called Automotive Solutions for around 25 years, owner Shane Wenzlick said.
“[If] one of our customers is travelling around the country and has any [vehicle] problems, we can find a member of the group in that area [to look after our client].
“[We’re] all really passionate about what we do, and aim to be top of the line with service.”
The group gets together a few times a year to chat and network so “you feel comfortable sending your customers to those people”, he said.
Two additions to the business that “worked quite well” for a lot of people, he said, was the online booking system through the website and also the introduction of Afterpay.
Prepared with the latest diagnostic equipment to work on modern cars, Shane said the team aimed to give great customer service.
“Being in a small town, that counts for a lot, and that’s what we really try [to] do.”
